Angelica was Mexico's First Lady between 2012 and 2018 when she was President of Enrique Pena Nieto. Elena Rivera was born on the 29th of August 1992 in Zaragoza Zaragoza Aragon Spain. When she transferred into Mount Holyoke University she graduated with a degree in History and the International Human Rights.
